First Ring the Bell!
While on the coaching call today with Ravi, I received a call out of the blue from a person I’ve never spoken with and made a $20k sale.
This sale was made from seeds I planted a year ago before I joined SWS.
Also, while on the same coaching call today, received a booking notification with another cold lead (someone I’ve never spoken to), which equates to a $6k lead.
This potential sale is directly from systems implemented thanks to SWS.

4 new clients this month, the slight edge is starting to come into play.
We also have a few clients that we scaled to the 7 figure range and are going to become a social media reseller. Essentially, we are getting a building here in San Diego and are going to start buying pallets from our clients at wholesale and take over marketing and fulfillment for them.
Bank account on the Ecom site will go to us and we will just use our clients to buy product.

Signed 2 new dentists for FB and Google Campaigns
Added 6 New chiropractors for FB campaigns
Up-sold 2 chiropractors for Google Campaign add-ons
Added 17 new accounts to Conversionly (our white label ISA/call-center), 2 new agents, and removed ourselves from the operations 90%
Justin Oglesby and I launched a DWY service called the ISA Academy which is a program for agencies to give them a Turn-Key call center with trained agents and everything they need to launch within 7 days or less
Sold 3 ISA Academy programs with several agents trained for them
Credit where credit is due: Ravi has helped us build the systems and culture we’ve needed to be able to make this happen at scale. As we continue to scale, we’re becoming more removed from the process and our operations are running like a well-oiled machine.

Landed a $22,000 project to concept a new brand campaign. Creative only, not including execution.
Followed by a $7000/month retainer to oversee execution, not including any production expenses. The 7k will continue for maintenance and ongoing brand work.
Landed a $2000 Branding project.
3 FB ad contracts out with soft yes and pushing for the close.
2 FB ad proposals out.
Pitching a $3000 branding project.
7 new PRs, with one demo booked for this week.
Had calls with two CMOs of larger companies (Working on a prospecting engine for CMOs, but it’s clearly much more complicated than small biz owners).
Pro-Bono: A former gym client called me on the verge of a nervous breakdown. He lost 95% of his membership. Heβs a great guy and a close friend of a close friend so Iβm pulling out all the stops for him at cost. What Iβm not earning in cash Iβm earning in karma.
Leaning heavily on email and LI prospecting. My VA is kicking ass. Going to start running a FB ad this week.
