I am Ringing the bell big time! Closed a 800k deal this week which will produce a 48k comisión. I am brand new to the SWS program. I am Less than a month old. My VA scheduled the appointment via cold call two days into her start. We spent the first two weeks deploying a massive amount of patience and only focusing on training and development. Her confidence is through the roof. She has now been cold calling and operational for two weeks and is an absolute monster and a stellar team mate. She has Already booked another 500k deal appointment for this Monday which I am confident I will close. I can’t reiterate how important it is to have patience in the beginning and to train and develop your VA. Put your self in their shoes. I absolutely love my VA and this program. Let’s get this money!!!!!

Over 20k already this month!!!
My goal was to break 20k for a month in 90 days. It’s been less than 60 day.
Scaling with systems gives me an “outside the box” approach to e-comm in my niche and the benefits are already paying off.
Can’t wait to see how far we scale in the next 60 days.

Taking a moment to reflect on my last month.
I joined SWS about 30 days ago and since then I have made some major changes in my life and my business.
In the past 30 days I have implemented some daily habits and while I do not see the results yet I know that they will compound over time.
✅ Wake up at 5:30 am
✅ Read one chapter of a book (personal development or business)
✅ Digital Free for the first hour
✅ Workout 6 days a week
✅ Spend time with God
✅ Journal / Map out my day
✅ Drink 120oz of water
✅ Spend 2 hours a day on my business
✅ Connect with 50 people a day
✅ Test and modify FB ads every 3 days
✅ Post 4-6 times per week (FB, IG, LI)
✅ Write 1 SOP a day
✅ Reflect every night
I cannot tell you how much this routine has improved my life.
I now take responsibility for everything, have a better relationship with my girlfriend, have more energy, sleep better, seeing positive results in my business, and look forward to every morning!
I joined SWS to grow my business and automate tasks and the course has gotten me on the right path (the seed is planted and I am cultivating it), but I have also found that the principles in the course have impacted my personal life too.
In fact, the changes I have made in my personal life and the impact it has had on myself and those around me has been more gratifying than the success I have seen in my business.

I’m heading out tomorrow for a 4-day holiday weekend at the beach. We just broke our single month sales record ($110K) and looking to add more in September.
While I’m gone we’ll still be prospecting for more clients, we’ll still be looking for more JV partners and podcasts, and any questions/issues my 350+ clients have will be taken care of. Hell, I expect we’ll have 4-6 new clients by the time I log back in Tuesday morning. I’m not taking my laptop with me (first vacation I EVAH do that). I’m gonna focus on spending time with the fam.
It didn’t use to be this way. It used to be much harder for me to run a much smaller business. But now, I scale with systems.

Starting my third week in SWS. Just closed a client worth $2k USD MRR. Also have verbal approval with another client worth $1.5k MRR.
Could not speak more highly of Ravi, my VA, and SWS.
Now to figure out fulfillment…

On track to hit $30K in sales in my 1st 30 days of the business!

Had a couple of mini breakthroughs this week and thought I might share with the group, hope it offers someone, somewhere some value… ☺️
So basically three things:
Focus on my local market first (Australia) before sending emails o/seas, too challenging with timezones etc.
Realising that cold email while great, is limited in the Australian market > Therefore invest my VAs time into social outreach (more effective with Fitness Niche too)
Changing my messaging structure on all platforms (FB, LI, INST) > Simply asking to network, get to know them first, understanding their goals and NOT selling at all!
Have already booked meetings because if these small changes!

First one call close today. He paid in full on the phone 🛎 🎉 🤸‍♀️

This is USD and in CAD it’s $15,179.67

Have another client prepaying for 3 months shortly at $20k USD for just my performance fee in addition to my $3,400/month retainer.

But will only celebrate that after cash in hand.

I asked them to consider a short period of prepayment to help have cash in hand to acquire my first rental property/cottage in northern Canada.

What’s up SWS fam!

I’ve been ghosting for a while again… I wanted to hop on and share a couple of wins this week.

We’ve been doing the same thing for months consistently and didn’t have much forward progression until now.

COVID-19 really kicked us in the nuts and boy were we scrambling to figure something out. Consistency became our best friend.

We’ve had 5 meetings booked for this week so far and have closed 3 of the 4 that we’ve talked to. This adds an additional 3k every month for 3 months.

This has now put us at the point where we can financially dive into PERSONAL ADS.

I know there are a lot of big ballers in here doing that already so if anyone has suggestions or would like to hop on a call or even look over what I have set up as of right now, that would be great!

Just had my first 1-call close!

Created the brand-new business from scratch on June 8th, not one prior sales call under my belt

30 days later: 2500 pieces of outreach, 7.5% PR rate, 66 booked appointments, 3 closes. many more seeds planted.

$9k in revenue.

Only thing slowing things down is me building the plane as I fly it.
