I joined SWS fall 2020 – my business was at $0 and I only had the funds because my $2,500 unemployment payment hit my account while I was on the sales call with Connor Bell
I thought I knew what I was doing, didn’t really follow the system, always paid my VA late and was pretty much high off weed everyday while trying to run my “business”.
Fast forward to Spring 2021 – completely sober, spiritually aligned, fitness is on point (75 Hard), I pay my VA early; sometimes double (she’s literally the best thing since sliced bread 🤣).
And already revved $62k for the month.
The calendar is booked solid with prequalified sales calls and they keep coming in.

🔔 Ring the bell – £3k sale – though was very lucky to have seen the Sales Funnels and Software Bootcamp modules before the discovery call.
Client desperately needs someone to help with Automating their manual sales processes, and we agreed on £3k to create the software ecosystem and zaps to connect them all.
I’ve never actually done this so aren’t sure of the level of work involved – would you say £3k is about the right price considering I’ve just signed up to Gohighlevel and have the training modules handy?

Shoutout to Ravi Abuvala and the SWS team!
We’ve been in SWS for about 9 weeks.
The VSL funnel has been running for about 5 week now and we’ve been averaging about $15K/week with zero cold ads and no VA so we are running 80%+ profit margins.
We got our VA on Monday – she has been outstanding so far!
She’s just getting started but in her first week, she has booked 7 meetings!
We ran 3 and closed 1 full-pay cash collected already! That’s a 41X ROI in one week.
(Other two disqualified and we are running Disco+Demo on the same call. Other 4 are this week)
A few things that I think has helped aside from obviously a well-trained SWS VA:
Set up your SOP’s before they start. Give them clear step-by-step instructions.
I took the time to break down step-by-step exactly how to scrape leads, personalize, and use Close to send the emails.
I also recorded videos as well showing the step-by-step. All of this was loaded into Asana so it’s crystal clear.
Set up all templates and frameworks before they start.
This ties into number one. Make it so black-and-white so they are set up for success.
You can see my email results from the week – templates make it a plug and play for the VA.
Set up time to train them.
On Day 1, we blocked out 3 hours to train BEFORE she even scraped or sent a single email.
I walked through my exact expectations that I had mapped out in Asana and every single SOP.
I made sure she walked away knowing EXACTLY what to do, how to do it, and WHY it’s done a specific way.
Be responsive in communication
Whether it’s Slack, Whatsapp, Telegram, etc. I’m quite responsive especially in the first 30 days as this helps instill the core habits we need for success.
Cloud knows that I’ll respond within 2 hours during business hours. This helps her trust me that I will set her up to be successful.
Empower Them
It’s also been key to let her know that I WANT her to bring new ideas to the table.
She has past experiences that can help me and I want to leverage that. So in her first week, she is already helping me refine SOP’s!
Recognize AND Coach on the Spot
When things have been done properly, make sure to give them recognition and respect!
After Cloud sent me her Weekly Summary, I dropped her a quick video to thank her for the week’s hard work as you can see below.
Throughout the week, any errors I immediately coached on the spot. Fix those before they turn into habits and set clear expectations for the future.

#RingTheBell ringing the bell today because I’ve finished completing most of my assets and funnel. I broke my hand on Wednesday so unfortunately I didn’t get to complete my VSL for my deadline tonight, but will get it done tomorrow.
I onboard 4 new clients in the last 10 days too so it’s been an eventful week all round.
A wise would word to anyone new joining the program, don’t skip any of the modules or lectures, it will come back to bite you:) I’m glad I’m back on track and looking forward to hiring my VA!

#RingTheBell I’m excited to share that I closed my first case study account in the Realtor Market. The client is in the top 1% of Berkshire Hathaway Realtors in CO. We’ll be getting them more booked appointments so they can get more listings and buyers. Of course in this market, listings is where it’s at. The deal is worth $24k ARR. The power of that first solid case study works! It’s literally done almost all the heavy lifting for me on the last few demos.
It’s officially now been under 60 days since we started officially outreaching to the market and we have gone from 0 to $11.5k MRR!
Can’t thank Ravi and co and this community enough for what we have achieved so far up to this point in such a short space of time!

I started in this market sending out outreach on 4th January.
What I thought I’d do below also in this ring the bell post is also share with you guys what the progress of the SWS roadmap to 1M for us has been so far.
Hope it brings insight/value or inspiration in anyway!
Roadmap to 1M for us (Progress so far):
17/12/20 – picked a niche (Australian real estate agents)
4/1/21 – Use outbound messaging to attempt to sell solution to niche
(time from last date: 18 days)
28/1/21 – First client closed (does the niche buy your solution? Yes)/find/build a mechanism that delivers transformation effectively)
(time from last date: 24 days)
2/3/21 – Does mechanism deliver transformation? yes. Collected case study and testimonial. ROI 5.5x ROI.
(Time from last date: 33 days)
75 days total (2 months and 15 days) to complete bottom half of roadmap to get successful case study. (I got this done in half the time between the 2 spectrums.)
Estimated amount of days since beginning (expected estimates according to the SWS roadmap for the bottom half): 19 days – 5 months 16 days (166 days)
This year’s mission is to help at least 20 Aussie real estate agency owner’s grow their dream real estate business and quit every other marketing service in the process.
So what that revenue goal looks like for us as an agency is to scale to at least $50k-$60k MRR (20 clients at $2500-$3k/mo price point).
We are well on track to hit that, and as soon as we get 5 happy clients with proven case studies we’re gonna turn on that paid traffic and pour that gasoline on the fire!!! 🔥🔥🔥
To all the newcomers out there, Ravi and the SWS stuff really WORKS.
Trust in the process and stick with it. Surrender to it completely and you will kill it.

1st: Health 2 entrepreneurs this week with their health insurance that were leaving their full-time job and going self-employed total of 26.7# (how we calculate our sales in the health insurance sales world)

2nd: Since my partners and I officially launched our V.I.P. 360 Company (SaaS) on February 8th we have 18 clients with an MRR of $4,606. Not too shabby. But lots more to come as we’re in the process of securing a huge deal but more to come soon on that!!

I joined SWS a couple weeks ago and have been buckled down building out my VSL funnel and all assets.
I just finished it this week!
I posted on LinkedIn and in my own private group about my new training yesterday.
Sent it to about 100+ people in 24 hours. Results so far?
– 5 booked meetings directly from the VSL!
– 1 close: $5k cash collected! (4 meetings to go still!)
It works! Do what Ravi Abuvala says!

I usually never share my wins but I’ve done so many things recently that are the opposite of what I usually do (like maxing my credit card to get SWS) so I might as well keep up the momentum.

Started from scratch in the ecom industry after losing everything, being $28k in debt from a nasty biz partner split, and just closing our second ecom client within 1 week!!!

It’s not much ($1k/mo retainer) but we just need to get one massive case study client to blow this thing up and scale.

We do have a 5% rev share from the ads as well which is nice.

Gonna pay off this debt sooner than I thought at this rate.

Thanks, everyone for your support! I’ll keep sharing my wins to hopefully inspire those in a hole as well. We’ll make it out together. Keep growing!

Another Real Estate Agency Client Closed At A $3k/Mo Retainer!
Coolest thing about this one is I’m starting to see the power of how effective having our existing client share their positive experience is on bringing the prospect over the line.
On Wednesday, I had the demo call, he sound like he was all ready to go there and then..
But then all of a sudden needed to “speak to his wife”.
I went for the deposit close.
Didn’t bite, so settled for sending proposal, and scheduling follow up call the day afterwards when his wife could also be there.
When I woke up the morning after, I got an email from him.
Funnily enough, he said the need to speak to his wife has actually “evaporated”, and he will be going ahead shortly when he comes into his office.
2 hours later.. Pandadoc agreement signed, completed and paid!
Just a guess, but it felt to me like his partner objection was potentially a smoke screen to vet us out more.
Because I got an email from my client that he had called her prior to ask about us. Looks like that had a good impact (In screenshot).
Excited to see how exponentially powerful this can be too once we have 5 happy clients/case studies/success stories. Can definitely see myself getting higher closing rate as a result.
Starting to see the effects of the slight edge slowly kick in bit by bit…
Loving every step of the process of moving along the SWS roadmap to $1M.
