The deal is worth $2,424, $960 of it is ARR. In my view this deal isn’t about the dollars, as much as the chance to deliver real transformation to an insurance broker so they never have to cold call again. ☝️🔥 Once that happens we have a great case study. 😀
Ring The Bell!! My VA just booked me $2498 today for my CPR business training with about 50 people total! I’m stoked!
While I have been busy following the formula with 3.0 to set up systems for primary business “Level Up Change-Capital Foundations Credit” business I have had my VA training and working on my CPR business in the meantime to keep her busy part-time.
So far she has booked $3000 worth of training this month.
Trying to get that CPR business to $8.5k/month so we’re on the right track! She is just the best!

$21,000 USD contract sold
$7k PIF (paid in full) that will go on the books for Jan.1st, 2021.
This is phase 1 of a 3-phase scaling project with an existing client.
Although I didn’t use “acquisition strategies” from SWS, I sure used my experience and all that I’ve learned from SWS to secure this deal.
It’s a unique setup – and although (not yet at least) it’s not overly scalable, it’s a model I’ve been testing and appears to be working well with this client and another client.
If I didn’t have my VAs and knowledge of how to leverage them now purely from the standpoint of the systems, there is NO way I would have or could have sold this with confidence and CERTAINTY in not only the deliverability of our end result for the client but KNOWING that we can exceed their expectations without a HUGE ass drain on my own personal time for “fulfillment”.
Lastly, I’m not even kidding – this is a service agreement with 82% net profit as my only COGS for delivering the service is anywhere from 1-4….maybe 5 hours a day from one of my VAs.

Morning All, my name is Brendan Boyd, currently residing in LA.
I help my clients sell more and get more clients while building brand authority.
I just joined SWS last week, and used the $50K Script immediately on a $2k offer limited for “2 people”, and closed 3 after “letting one more in”.
Each client decided to do 2 Pay and Received $1960 upfront of the total $6600, as I allowed 2 of the 3 clients to leave “initial deposits” to hold their spot!

Shoutout to Ravi Abuvala & the entire SWS team – in just 35 days of outreach, Kristine (my VA) and I have managed to build a business in Singapore from scratch which is now at $18K SGD MRR (~$13.5K USD).
I thought I’d share our story in the hope it can provide others with some useful insight as to how we’ve been able to leverage the SWS system.
I joined SWS towards the end of last year, and it took me a little time to untangle myself from some previous consulting commitments.
In February, I was able to free up my focus to 100% on the new business, helping real estate agents in Singapore close more transactions.
I spent the first few weeks of February understanding the SWS roadmap, and setting up the different systems and tools, before hiring my VA (Kristine) to start Tuesday 23rd February.
We spent the 1st week together focused on “induction”. We covered topics from the business model and our ideal customer, to how Kristine’s work would relate to the business roadmap. We also took the time to get to know each other’s previous experiences, as well as preferred working styles.
In our 2nd week, as some funds had arrived for SIM cards, we were able to start setting up personal Gmails. As I wanted to be able to move quickly, I knew that we needed a lot of “daily sending capacity”, which came down to having a lot of e-mail accounts.
We set up around 50 personal e-mail accounts, and 8 “business” e-mails.
Week 1 of Outreach (w/c 8th March)
9 days after Kristine joined the team, we began outreach and slowly increased daily e-mail volume to 300-500 per day.
Our first few messages flopped, but having daily sending volume allowed us to iterate quickly, and through following SWS’ copywriting structures, whilst listening to the market, we were able to arrive at a PR rate of 1-3%.
We booked our first discos/demos at the end of the 1st week and took a 1st deposit on 12/03/21.
Week 2 Of Outreach (w/c 15th March)
On 15/03/21, we closed the deposit taken in the 1st week to secure our 1st client for $2,500 SGD.
On 16/03/21, through follow-up from another demo in the 1st week, we were able to close our 2nd client, also at $2,500 SGD.
We were able to secure another deposit on 18/03/21.
Week 3 Of Outreach (w/c 22nd March)
Kristine did a great job on booking appointments, allowed me to maintain focus on taking demos, and this week we were able to close the deposit taken from “week 2” to secure our 3rd client on 27/03/21.
In the same week, we also managed to secure *2 more deposits on 23/03/21 and 24/03/21.
Week 4 Of Outreach (w/c 29th March)
On 31/03/21, we managed to secure our 4th client ($2,500 SGD).
On 02/03/21, we managed to secure our 5th client ($2,500 SGD).
Week 5 Of Outreach (w/c 5th April)
On 09/04/21, we managed to secure our 6th client ($2,500 SGD).
On 11/03/21, we managed to secure our 7th client ($3,000 SGD).
So – in just 35 days of outreach, we managed to build the business up to over 6 figures, with 7 clients altogether!
A few lessons learned that I hope can be of help to others…
Kristine has done a phenomenal job, and almost all the credit to our quick progress is her achievement.
I’ve tried my best to provide Kristine with a platform to succeed in the role, and we consistently spend 1-2 hours/day developing new processes together or discussing the business strategy.
The more you invest in your people, the more you help them to succeed!
With starting a business, there’s a lot to get distracted with.
Since starting outreach, I’ve tried to steer us to doing the things which move the needle most.
For Kristine, that’s been ensuring consistent daily outflow to the market, and for myself, that’s been taking demos.
Business can be tough at times, and there are a lot of different plates which have to be spun together.
I’ve tried to make things more fun by creating different “levels” which we must pass through as a team before entering the next stage. From level 1 of “consistent outflow” to level 2 of “consistent PRs” to the final level of “happy customers”.
Kristine and I took this to the extreme by even assigning “level monsters” which must be defeated at each checkpoint!
Most entrepreneurs make very little money, often not due to lack of capability, but due to “bad inputs”.
I count myself very fortunate to have landed in SWS, where the information is gold.
Just need to have the discipline to execute against the proven path that Ravi and the team have laid out for us!
Seeing so many of the success stories in this community have allowed me to obtain a level of focus, energy and mental clarity that I’ve not had in years!
Entrepreneurship can be a lonely journey at times, and I’ve taken huge energy from seeing so many like-minded individuals in this group.
The answers are all in the market!
Through seeing every business challenge as best solved through employing the “scientific method” of hypothesis testing, I enjoy the process more.
Through enough testing, every “answer” can eventually be found, whether that’s testing e-mail copy, a sales script, or the “mechanism” to solve your prospect’s problem.

First client locked in on an initial 3 month contract worth £1300 p/m with room to extend. Didn’t go super high with my pricing but seems a great starting point and hopefully an ideal first project to case study later down the line.
Clients based in the Luxury real estate market. We are working with him on lead generation for properties in and around Manchester valued at £500k and above ☝️.
Also worked in a 15% commission of whatever he earns on property sale when the lead was provided by myself. (He averages around £25k)
