What does your company do?

My company is “One Year No Beer,” and its mission is to help people worldwide change their relationship with alcohol, optimizing physical and mental health for peak performance.

Where were you before Scaling With Systems? 

We were in a whole world of pain and we jumped from lots of different places. I remember specifically going through the due diligence with you and you came onto a call with me and said that never in the history of running the business have I experienced this level of due diligence. 

How did you find Scaling With Systems, and what made you decide to work with us? 

I think it was on LinkedIn, you had a landing page which broke down into great details about the processes you were going through and I was so blown away by this and knew that this is exactly what I need, to get clear on the offer, to get clear on the avatar. It was all laid out there and I haven’t seen anything that ever did that before. 

From the thank you page alone, we were able to build trust with Ravi which allowed us to go all in on the SWS process. We found our north star in him. 

What did you immediately recognize that needed fixing inside your business?

One thing that we fixed was going from a low-ticket offer to a high-ticket offer. Our recruitment process was painful, laborious, and costly. We’d have multiple team members doing calls and everything else so it was very inefficient and both the quantity and quality of applicants was low. 

There were so many variables and little tweaks we wanted to make in the business but we just didn’t know where to start.

What were some big wins that occurred inside your business once we identified these problems?

We were able to improve our recruitment process and now it’s easy, super simple, we put up a funnel and it’s so easy for us to just scan through very quickly and make decisions very quickly. The quality of people we’re getting now is so much better ever since SWS changed our mindset about recruitment.

The entire SWS team was very clear on which parts of the business to focus on to really find that balance. They were able to remove so much of our pain and shortcut so much learning. The attention that you get from the SWS team, having one on one conversions, getting on group calls, it raised all boats in the business, changed the culture, and helped improve revenue. 

The funnel we made with SWS is generating all of our growth at the moment, and we’re at the stage now where we need to really turn it up a notch, and thanks to you and the work that we’ve done, we’ve got a larger team now and lots more stuff going. Making efficiencies across the board.

What are some “Before & After” results in tangible metrics you experienced in your business from working with us?

We are now 6 months out of SWS but this is still the sole reason that we are doing these sales at this high level. I don’t know if I’d have figured out that stuff, or if we’d be doing the volume of sales where we’re at now without working with you guys. The funnel and the process we’re running now has led us to the highest level of sales we’ve ever had. 47 sales last month and looking like we should beat that again this month.
