What does your company do?

We help agency owners stack their pipelines. We guarantee five to 16 qualified calls in the first two weeks, or we fully refund and add $1,000 on top of that for wasting your time. 

We get five to 16 calls in the first two weeks, and we serve agency owners who are doing at least a million a year.

Where were you before Scaling With Systems? 

I joined Scaling With Systems six months ago. We were pretty much half a year in, and I almost crashed the company two times, the revenue dropped very, very low. 

And the biggest challenge was just the predictable pipeline. I think the biggest bottleneck was the sales and the offer itself. 

When we joined, we were at $15,600 in revenue a month. 

How did you find Scaling With Systems, and what made you decide to work with us? 

A friend of mine was in Scaling With Systems. I knew that you guys were really, really good. And I knew that I needed to change and do something to scale further.

I tried everything on my own. But I just wanted to speed-run everything.

What did you immediately recognize that needed fixing inside your business?

I just saw what’s possible. Our offer was okayish. But I was struggling with sales because I was not able to present the offer properly. And the offer was not as defined as it is right now. 

And I would say hiring A-players. With you guys, we’ve built a crazy hiring funnel. And I would say that was one of the main reasons why we hit the number that we had this last month.

What were some big wins that occurred inside your business once we identified these problems?

Consistency and deals. Right now, we know exactly what the revenue will look like this month; [before] tracking KPIs was one of the biggest problems. 

Another one is definitely my perception of a couple of things. As a leader, I had to level up. There were a lot of blind spots that you guys helped just remove and just break the belief patterns that I had previously. 

I would say that was one of the biggest [limiting beliefs] that you guys helped me overcome and just have this kind of a crazy guarantee without worrying because economics makes sense.

What are some “Before & After” results in tangible metrics you experienced in your business from working with us?

We moved really fast; we went from $15,600 to $20,300, then $56,000, And we have just crossed $84,000 in revenue a month within 6 months.

What have been the most valuable aspects of working with us?

You guys helped develop assets along the way. So, it’s not like, “oh, just do that.” And I’m on my own.  I can run the assets through you guys, get feedback, and improve that.

The value there is that I don’t have to sift through the library to figure out what I need, you basically point me in the right direction at the right moment, which is extremely valuable to save time and then just move way, way faster. 

Plus, access to everyone else in the group; we just had a mastermind weekend that was phenomenal. I would say the networking component is very underestimated.
