Where were you before Scaling With Systems?
I joined Scaling With Systems six months ago. We were pretty much half a year in, and I almost crashed the company two times, the revenue dropped very, very low.
And the biggest challenge was just the predictable pipeline. I think the biggest bottleneck was the sales and the offer itself.

And I would say hiring A-players. With you guys, we’ve built a crazy hiring funnel. And I would say that was one of the main reasons why we hit the number that we had this last month.

Consistency and deals. Right now, we know exactly what the revenue will look like this month; [before] tracking KPIs was one of the biggest problems.
Another one is definitely my perception of a couple of things. As a leader, I had to level up. There were a lot of blind spots that you guys helped just remove and just break the belief patterns that I had previously.
