What does your company do?
Our business is called For Productions, we tell our clients “Give us 5 days of your life and we will create a full years worth of video content”.
We do this in-house at our studio in Miami, where our customers spend 5 days with us. In those 5 days we take 2 days to deep dive into their brand and get to know who they are and how they do things, we create a content plan aligned with their vision and messaging, and we spend the next 3 days filming that content. We not only create the content, we also publish it and take care of the visibility of their brand.
Where were you before Scaling With Systems?
Before working with Scaling With Systems, we were struggling with booking out our calendar and finding qualified leads who were actually willing to go to Miami for our services.
I put our offer out there with no filters and we were spending so much money on leads that weren’t a good fit for us.
How did you find Scaling With Systems, and what made you decide to work with us?
I found Scaling With Systems through an ad. I was pregnant at the time and I had to be really intentional about the kind of business I wanted to create, because now I have 3 kids and I want to be able to be present in their lives.I wanted to create a business that serves me and not me serving the business, I knew that Scaling With Systems was just what I needed to support me with that.
What did you immediately recognize that needed fixing inside your business?
The initial problem we went to Scaling With Systems for was for our lead generation system, which was 100% fulfilled by them in a short amount of time. They worked on our offer and our messaging so that we’d only be targeting qualified leads on our ads. The moment we started running ads, our calendar got booked out for the next 2 months.
The next problem we faced was our show up rates. Since calls were booked out for 2 months, show up rates were at around 50%. We had to be even more intentional and specific with our qualifiers, and we specifically stated that they’d have to be willing to go to Miami as that was a non-negotiable for me. Because of the work that we do, we were only able to take in 4-5 clients a month, but we wanted to expand that.
What were some big wins that occurred inside your business once we identified these problems?
I had an amazing client success manager at Scaling With Systems, she felt very invested in me and my business and was a great coach. The very first email we sent out to my audience resulted in a sale and from then on I was sold. I didn’t feel the need to be in desperation mode trying to look for leads anymore, which was so liberating especially since I wanted to prioritize my family.
