What does your company do?

The company is called PT Legends, and we help online fitness trainers and coaches hit their first 10k+/mo with their online fitness business. We also help personal trainers transition to online fitness coaching.

We allow these trainers to build their business without compromising their free time or sacrificing their personal life by providing them with a blueprint to success.

Where were you before Scaling With Systems? 

We were at 30k cash collected per month before working with Scaling With Systems. We knew sales and marketing well enough to be making that amount, but as the CEO I had trouble removing myself as the face of marketing, the face of sales, and the face of client success. 

How did you find Scaling With Systems, and what made you decide to work with us? 

I don’t remember how I first came about you, to be honest. I’d probably seen you a few times on ads and kept getting hit with your retargeting that I eventually looked into it.

Once I did look into it, I saw that you had worked with one of the programs I’d been on and some of my competitors in the industry.

I saw some big dogs that were in the same niche as me. It was a wrap,  as soon as I saw them, I said I’m doing this, I was sold.

What did you immediately recognize that needed fixing inside your business?

What I immediately recognized was that I needed to be out of fulfillment. Our entire process was all manual work, and we had to be constantly tagging people whenever we closed calls.

One thing I personally really struggled with at the start was the tech side of the business. I hated tech and it just got me really frustrated and impatient, but I realized that having systems was the number one thing that was holding me back from scaling. I was avoiding the discomfort of dealing with the tech side, but now that I had invested money on it I had to face it.

Another area that needed fixing was our ads. Since we were running ads all over the place, we had no way of accurately tracking our ROAS or any other figures. I was hesitant on running ads because we didn’t actually know what worked and what didn’t.

What were some big wins that occurred inside your business once we identified these problems?

Right now I’m completely out of fulfillment. The entire process is so easy and efficient and that has allowed us to maximize our efforts and keep going with sales and growing the business.

Before I joined SWS I wasn’t really thinking about fulfillment, it was sales, sales, sales. But now we’ve also gained more confidence and conviction on our sales calls because we know how smooth our systems run. We’re able to give our prospects an accurate image of our process and that in turn makes them easier to close.


Now that our fulfillment is systemized, hiring a client success manager is an easy, repeatable process. I can bring on another CSM and I won’t have to do anything, everything is already laid out, and we get nothing less than 10/10’s from our clients. 

The accurate tracking of our ads has also allowed us to make changes on the marketing side, changing our messaging on our campaigns and ads. Now that we have better systems in place we can accurately see which ads are winning and which aren’t working, and we can easily adjust from there and are no longer hesitant to spend on them.

We’ve been able to get the business to a point where I could take a 3 month vacation if I wanted to with the business still operating smoothly without me.

What are some “Before & After” results in tangible metrics you experienced in your business from working with us?

Probably the best metric I can give is that we went from 30k cash and things just exploded in the last 3 months. We went from 30k to 45k, to 85k, to 90k, and today we just hit 120k and will probably make it to 150k this month.

Before working with Scaling With Systems, I’ve been trying to hit that 100k/month mark for at least a year and a half. I’d spent thousands on mentorships and investments to get there but only SWS was really able to push the needle forward and actually get me there.

Now we’re excited to get more managers in place once we reach 300k/month, which I absolutely know we’ll reach.

What would you say to someone considering working with Scaling With Systems?

First of all, the experience has been a 10 out of 10. It has been the best experience in terms of coaching that I’ve ever had and is the best thing I’ve ever spent money on. The team is spectacular and I don’t feel that I have to work with Ravi directly because they’re that damn good.

Don’t be stupid and just do it. There’s no way you can fail in this program. Just do the work and be a little bit patient. It might not in the first month or two, but soon enough you’ll strike gold and it’ll 100% work.
