[00:00:00] What’s going on? Everyone, Ravi Abuvala here, founder of Scaling With Systems, if you’re watching this video, there’s a good chance you already know why. But did you know I’ve actually spent time in prison? That’s right. In my previous life, I spent time in prison. What do I mean by that? No. If you made it this far, I was not spending time in Guantanamo Bay or. No, I don’t have some seedy past that you guys don’t know about. I’m actually pretty transparent with my life. But what I was in prison.
[00:00:22] Let me show you where you see this photo right here. You see this? This was nearly me about a year and a half ago. And you can see the difference between then and now what I look like I was about 40 pounds heavier than what I am right now because I was working myself to death. I was literally working in a prison working 16 to 18 hours a day. And then I was getting out of work. There’s a Chinese to-go restaurant right below me. And I was going there and taking that Chinese to-go place, going home and and just watching TV or passing right out as soon as I got home, I woke up at 5:00 a.m. did the exact same thing over again, was getting heavier and heavier. I wasn’t happy with who I am and I didn’t even realize I was in prison. Right. I even realized I was in prison.
[00:00:57] But let me show you, because anytime I tell somebody that they’re in prison, the first thing they tell me is Ravi, I can’t afford to get out of prison. And let me actually show you why you can’t afford not to. Right. So let me say this right now. OK, so let’s say on average, you work 60 hours a week as an entrepreneur.
[00:01:13] OK. And that’s a pretty conservative number. If you’re anything like me, we all know there’s weeks that you work much more than 60 hours. But let’s just say on average, you work 60 hours a week. There is a good chance that you’re spending 30 of those 60 hours – half. In reality, it’s probably more than that. Half of that time doing something you could easily give to somebody else, you can easily delegate to somebody else. But you’re the best at it. You know, nobody else can do it as good as you. It requires high level skill. You don’t have your stuff automated. You don’t know where to find a good person. Whatever the reason is, you don’t hire somebody. So this issue does matter. So let’s say I know where you goes. I hire him. You don’t have to buy your calculator. I’m going to this all for you right here. And I’m terrible at math, too. So I’ve already done the calculation before I made his videos and it look silly.
[00:01:52] OK. So listen to this. You’re awake. This is a 30 hours a week. You guys are doing something you shouldn’t be doing, right? Whether that is lead generation, whether that is sales calls, whether that is onboarding new clients, account management for current clients, for filling the back end of old clients, travel plans, picking up your dry cleaning, whatever it is, you’re spending time doing something you really shouldn’t be doing this on for is not worth your time. OK. So 30 hours, about half the time is spent doing that. Now, if we say that there’s on average 40 years in a working life. Right. That means 40 years. You’re doing 60 hours a week. Were 30 of those hours being essentially wasted or easily delegated? That means that there’s fifty seven thousand six hundred hours.
[00:02:37] Wasted in a lifetime. And if you actually do the math of that and divide that by the number of hours per year, it comes out to about 6.6 years of your life, you were spending doing something you shouldn’t be doing because you can’t afford not to do it. Read all the systems. You know how the right person to place an order to that suffering. So literally over half a decade you’re spending doing something you shouldn’t be doing in your life. Now, this worry, it’s interesting if you take that number right there and you realize that like inside Skillman systems inside of our program, we actually find qualified interview, train and place virtual assistants for anywhere from $2 a $4 an hour for employers base.
[00:03:17] And, you know, the United States and Canada and Mexico and Europe and the UK and Australia and New Zealand all around the world. And they work for those employers for two to four dollars an hour. They do stuff such as, you know, account management. They’ll do back end fulfillment. They’ll do Facebook ads, YouTube ads, Google ads. We’ll do photo creation. They’ll do lead generation, cold calling. They’ve even done sales in some instances, travel plans, you name it. These virtual systems for two to four dollars an hour are doing it for you. So let’s say conservative and just say $4, which is honestly on the high end of what we see. But let’s say one of the virtual systems we place $4 an hour and you multiply it by the hours in your lifetime and divide that by year, you’re actually coming out. You’re paying right around four thousand three hundred and twenty dollars a year. So then you can essentially have 6.6 years of your life back.
[00:04:08] Now, I have a question for you. If someone came to you today and said, hey, look, I’m going to take 6.6 years of your life right now no matter what. And it’s going to be honestly the best years of your life, right? It’s going to the best years of life. And I’m not take six point six years of that life away from you or you can just paying a small tax of four thousand four hundred twenty dollars a year. Would you do it? I’m pretty sure mostly watching this video are going to say yes, but listen, will be won’t even realize it. What if I said, hey, not only do they pay four thousand three hundred twenty dollars a year, but you’re actually going to make four or five, six, seven, 10, 15, 20, 30, 50 times that back, because now you’re splitting that extra 30 hours a week doing something that you should be doing, like creating content like this or learning a new skill or doing a new program.
[00:04:50] We’re going to networking events or maximize whatever it is. So not only are you paying us to have your time back, but now your time is worth more and you can use your time on higher value tasks in order to execute and make more money inside your company and have a bigger impact. So that’s what I’ll show you guys what prison is actually like. And people don’t realize that. So if you’re watching this, you stay to the end. This is the deal here. You know who I am. You’ve seen me before. You seen so my videos or you wouldn’t be watching this right now. The truth is that you’ve been considering booking your time with us, maybe not booking the time with us, applying to speak with us and you haven’t yet. This is the deal I get where you’re at. I totally was where you were at one point. You get hit with all these ads all the time. How do I trust somebody? How do I not trust somebody? And this the truth of the matter. You actually don’t know, right? You don’t know who to trust and you’re not gonna know until you get on the call and speak. Goes a little bit.
[00:05:34] Let me show you something. Honestly, this is a gentleman named Joel Keddie right here. You’ll see that he legitimately joined us. He’s a father of two kids. He had his second kid while he was inside scanning systems. And while he was inside scaling was systems, he literally posts inside the Facebook group, as you can see here, two different posts. One of them first one saying that he was able to stand in line while his team and virtual assistants closed deals, non-border new clients while he was spending time with his kids, picking out Halloween candy. And the second one you’ll see right here, as well as literally him at the hospital with his brand new baby girl. I asked, what if your name or the honor? He said no. With his brand new baby girl. And he said, I don’t have to worry about a thing right now except for my wife’s well-being and my daughter’s well-being. Can you imagine that would be like in your company to have yourself fully removed from it and be so sure you have the systems and processes and team in place that you can spend time fully with your kid and your wife for three, four, five, seven, 10, 14 days and not have a big a bleak and I about it.
[00:06:29] That’s something that I want to show you guys is totally possible.
