Well, after checking out the awesome content in 3.0, I decided to give it another try this week. BOOM:

-4 PR’s
-2 Appointments booked over email for TODAY
I still haven’t even tried cold calling 2.0 with these folks. The biggest differences I see:
-Much more targeted list from a niche website. Much more qualified emails.
-Better product market fit, my offer is much better and its resonating with the audience. I have an transformation they’re interested in.

RING THE BELL! Hi SWS Crew!
I haven’t posted a win on here yet, but in the last two weeks, I have closed 2 new clients! One is $5k/mo and the other is $1.5K/mo.
They needed a new website optimized for conversion as well as a build-out for a custom system to collect orders, communicate with their clients, and sent invoices at a specific point in the journey (using Pipedrive automation, integrations, and templates).
They are paying $3k upfront for the setup and $1.5k per month ongoing.
I still need to refine my niche industry and solution offering. There is a trend with the pain point that I have been hired to solve, but the industries of my clients are still all over the place. I haven’t started cold outreach either, so there is still a lot of work to be done.
So far the motivation and encouragement this community has provided have been the greatest value adds.
Hoping to get more clarity on my niche soon so that I can start building the mechanism and scale.

$2,500 AUD monthly retainer from first real estate client closed! ($2,000 today, $500 in 48 hours from now once her commission in advance hits her bank account)
This is my first RTB since joining SWS 3 months ago. Got another demo I did last week who seemed keen as well so that could also be an additional $3k monthly retainer in the coming days, will see.
In terms of officially applying the SWS learnings as a whole, I didn’t start doing that until 3 weeks ago, and since then I’ve been blown away by the progress so far.
The real estate niche in Australia was a completely new direction for me (prior was helping B2B SaaS companies with LinkedIn prospecting), but in just a short space of 3 weeks, here’s what me and my VA achieved so far:

I have one who’s supposed to be working for this new client… but their response times for getting back to us with important info takes ages, so I’m just figuring out a contingency plan in case.
7k signed from cold emails. Another 5.5k from paid ads.
I hired this guy and this dude is like an ex-Microsoft engineer whoβs started up his own thing now but he gives high-quality emails and just sends them.
Idek what he does lol but his emails deliver. Cold emails are still killer for us.
#ringthebell I’m excited to share that we just closed our first Insurance Agency partner. The goal here is to build a great case study and build a deeper understanding of the high pain problems in the insurance industry that we can uniquely solve.
The deal is worth $2,424, $960 of it is ARR. In my view this deal isn’t about the dollars, as much as the chance to deliver real transformation to an insurance broker so they never have to cold call again. βοΈπ₯ Once that happens we have a great case study. π
Ring The Bell!! My VA just booked me $2498 today for my CPR business training with about 50 people total! I’m stoked!
While I have been busy following the formula with 3.0 to set up systems for primary business “Level Up Change-Capital Foundations Credit” business I have had my VA training and working on my CPR business in the meantime to keep her busy part-time.
So far she has booked $3000 worth of training this month.
Trying to get that CPR business to $8.5k/month so we’re on the right track! She is just the best!

$21,000 USD contract sold
$7k PIF (paid in full) that will go on the books for Jan.1st, 2021.
This is phase 1 of a 3-phase scaling project with an existing client.
Although I didn’t use “acquisition strategies” from SWS, I sure used my experience and all that I’ve learned from SWS to secure this deal.
It’s a unique setup – and although (not yet at least) it’s not overly scalable, it’s a model I’ve been testing and appears to be working well with this client and another client.
If I didn’t have my VAs and knowledge of how to leverage them now purely from the standpoint of the systems, there is NO way I would have or could have sold this with confidence and CERTAINTY in not only the deliverability of our end result for the client but KNOWING that we can exceed their expectations without a HUGE ass drain on my own personal time for “fulfillment”.
Lastly, I’m not even kidding – this is a service agreement with 82% net profit as my only COGS for delivering the service is anywhere from 1-4….maybe 5 hours a day from one of my VAs.
