I came home to lots of sales calls etc.. we are finalizing and I will be shooting it on Friday.

Last 3 months since joining we’ve generated $640k in revenue and $500k in cash collected which is a great personal record!

I’ll duplicate those ad sets and apply the FB recommendation on the new combined ad set.
Also, love that I’m getting direct texts as notifications. Followed up with two of those leads and got a booking. The other one had already booked a call but built quick rapport, so great.
Working on all the other elements we discussed and you summarized above.

thanks for the follow up. actually this week was quite good for business on the referral side and we ended up closing near $40K MRR so been tied up with onboarding/fulfillment/etc, however, the email campaigns with the adjusted changes ran this week and below are the updates for those..

I turned ads back on two days ago juts an image and ad copy that you helped me with and I closed one deal earlier today and have one more call scheduled later today :star-struck:

On the positive note, I just closed another client from the ads today. This is #4. $6k collected.
Lots to talk about next week…

I’ve closed 3 deals, signed and paid. That is $14k in revenue, $4k cash collected. I had another guy who verbally committed and even scheduled his kickoff call, but he had to reschedule and he hasn’t signed or paid yet. I’m working to get him scheduled again. I have a few other people on the hook but still having follow up calls with them to try to close them.
The great news is I consistently have 2-3 sales calls a day. about half come directly from the ad, the other half are coming from my setters working the leads.

how should I set that frame early on in the call?
I guess I could price anchor with DFY YouTube agencies who charge $3500+ a month. I just build that infrastructure inside of their business. My goal is to ascend them to an ongoing consulting offer after the 16weeks at $2k-$2.5k per month.
I collected $500. He’s going to be at $5,500 total.

Holy cow, this is the most booked my Calendar has been in years. We have over 21 booked calls and the week has just begun…
