What does your company do?
We are a production company and we produce scalable cinematic content for brands and artists. Our bread and butter is partnering with large brands or entities and helping them produce their content typically on a higher end scale. The bulk of our work is in high-end advertisements as well as photoshoots and photography.
Where were you before Scaling With Systems?
I found that our messaging and what we were telling people was a little bit too much like everyone else, it didn’t make us unique.
About a year ago we realized that our sales process wasn’t really that much of a sales process. We had put a lot of value and Outreach and nurturing with other sales reps and in reality we were having a very poor return.
How did you find Scaling With Systems, and what made you decide to work with us?
I’ve watched a fair amount on YouTube. I’ve always been someone that trains myself and I had landed on your videos a couple of times when building out our sales process. I kept landing on your page and started looking into Scaling With Systems and that’s why I decided to sign up. I said to my team that even though it might not be a perfect fit, at the very least if we see a 10-20% increase then I consider that a win.
What did you immediately recognize that needed fixing inside your business?
The first thing that needed immediate fixing was definitely our messaging, we haven’t been able to differentiate ourselves from the competition which is why we were struggling in every other aspect as well. We were saying too many different things.

It really kind of gave the repetition of it and the structure to make each meeting and call have more purpose.
Beyond that I’ve really enjoyed working with people on your team to help redefine some of this the scripting that we were doing. It was cool to get critical feedback and hands-on knowledge from the team. Just having the ability to have someone to lean on and get a second opinion from not only for our sales process was so helpful, it was all-encompassing.

What would you say to someone considering working with Scaling With Systems?
I would say that even if you’re able to even improve your business or your sales process by 15 to 20% like we said earlier I think it’s worth doing because for the cost of the course in the long term can compound into a lot of different types of gains in a lot of different areas even if it’s not directly in your sales pipeline, it can help maybe improve your business and how you run things.
Even if you don’t have a ton of experience running a business, you can excel pretty quickly early on by learning from a group of professionals like Scaling With Systems, so I would highly recommend that.
