What does your company do?
Admotive is an advertising agency for auto-detailers, specializing in lead generation (Facebook and Google ads) on monthly retainers. We are currently working with 60 detailing shops across the U.S.
Where were you before Scaling With Systems?
I ran my own detail shop for 7 years and sold my store to go full-time with my agency in 2020. Before SWS, I had never joined any program. I was hesitant to join and thought I could consult myself. But the results weren’t coming.
I averaged about 8 sales calls a month and was stuck at a certain revenue from relying on word of mouth, and I wasn’t able to break through. I was stuck at $20k/month for 10 months (it fluctuated between $18k and $25k). My processes weren’t scalable at all.
What did you immediately recognize that needed fixing inside your business?
It was all about my systems. I was stuck working in the business, flipped mindset to input the right systems to focus on my business, like implementing more automation. We looked at the operational bottlenecks and set up more scalable processes. I used to procrastinate and get distracted way too easily throughout the day, and end up working on 9 different tasks at once or completely occupied with something irrelevant.
What were some big wins that occurred inside your business once we identified these problems?
It wasn’t just increasing the revenue by almost 3X, but being able to remove myself from day-to-day operations. I was making triple the amount, and working less. I have so much more mental space. Everything has been improved all across the board.
What are some “Before & After” results in tangible metrics you experienced in your business from working with us?
I was fluctuating between $18k-$25k per month. My goal was to reach $50k per month within 6 months, and I’ve blown past this to reach $64k this month, and that’s just 5 months after joining. That’s about 3X revenue jump in less than 6 months.
