Background

Before Kelsey O’Neal joined Scaling with Systems, she was overworked, struggling with her business, and it just seemed like there wasn’t enough time in the day to get everything done. Kelsey had a recruiting agency, and was stuck doing everything in the company herself! She didn’t have time for lead generations, sales or delivery! She knew that she needed help in her business, but she wasn’t sure exactly where the bottlenecks in her business were and how to fix them.

The Results

Once Kelsey was able to identify the problems in her business, and how to fix them, she was able to hire a virtual assistant for her company. With hiring the virtual assistant, she was able to double her productivity, which in return led to her recruiting agency hitting their first ever $20k/month mark. Kelsey had more time on her hands to start a new business. This was a sales coaching business, which at their launch, made over 5 figures!
