Had a demo call with this client at the end of November last year! She signed the proposal but said she wanted to start in January. I was silly and didn’t take any deposit etc so when I called her today, she said “I thought about it over Christmas and decided it wasn’t for me…”.

I thought… “Ahhh shoot!! That sucks” but decided to find out the REAL reason she was hesitant to go ahead and pay. Found her pain point after a quick 10 minute chat, she paid in full and is excited to start advertising.
Lesson learnt: If a client is HOT, get them to at least put down 50% to secure their spot otherwise it’s likely they’ll grow cold.

Nothing like waking up to a stripe payment to start the week off going into the new year.

It’s crazy looking back at the risk I took to be in this program knowing I had an eviction notice on my door and deciding to max out what I had left on my credit card with my wife and 9-month-old son wondering if we would make it.

It’s paying off. I’m so amped for 2020 and Q1 because I’m learning from Ravi Abuvala it’s all about dialing in your focus every day one day at a time and doing the small things right “The Slight Edge”.

I’ve made it my mission especially going into this new year to remove all distractions and solely focus on this one business all the way to $100,000/ month which I expect to hit it in 6 months.

I’ve unsubscribed from all shiny object emails, REI, Ecom, Dropshipping, and any other shiny object program I’ve put my email into.

December alone is looking to finish off at $10,000 in rev. I know that’s not a lot for a good bit of you guys, but if I’m being 100% honest I’ve never brought in that much money in 1 month in my life. Plus coming from $0 and no clients to that is like JESUS TAKE THE WHEEL!

The funny thing is I wanted to give up after 2 months.

If there is anyone out there struggling and you feel like the ball isn’t rolling fast enough just know every call that you hop on the ball is rolling. With every positive reply, the ball is rolling. For every personal brand post, the ball is rolling. It might not look or feel like it, but those little actions compounded over months is what will produce the results.

Never give up scalers and when you hit a roadblock ask for help.

Been offline cuz I have family in town for the holiday but HERE IS MY BELL RING: $10K project signed and starting in January ($2.5K setup, $2.5K/month foor 3 months). This is a “special project” since most of our deals are $500/mo for ISA follow-up but still pretty impressive, had to share!!!
BTW, how was that Mastermind? KILLED me not to go, next time I’ll def be in SD and can be your TJ guide for the more adventurous (I’m born and raised in TJ.)

I’ve been so busy that I completely forgot to #ringthebell 6 times.. Signed up with ravi in late August with only one client and lost that client about a week in and was afraid I would have to leave the program.. As soon as I told ravi, he hopped on a call with me and convinced me (did not hard sell me) that leaving the program was just taking a step backwards.
Last 60 days – 5 clients at $1500 each (and my old client came back) and one of those is the CEO of the franchise who is interested in getting me onboard for all locations..

Alright, since we haven’t been ringing the bell due to a misunderstanding of what the bell ring meant….

Here are 29 bells. One for every new client we’ve closed since we joined SWS in August.

One of these bells was from VA outreach, however, we moved our VA over to fulfillment, because well, the other 28 bells came from what we were already doing and really needed fulfillment help.

Also, our VA has been CRUSHING the fulfillment. She took to Facebook ads and worked with High Level so damn well.
