Social media is incredible.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It’s also very dangerous.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You see people buying designer clothes, jewelry, flying around the world, and driving nice cars.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So that’s what you want.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Which is awesome, it’s great to have.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The issue is social media skews our perception on what it takes to get it.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You only see the videos and stories after they’ve had some success.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So it seems almost immediate.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So you want immediate success.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Sorry it doesn’t work like that.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You have to fail and fail hard.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You have to create something that gives value to the marketplace.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Then you need to convince the marketplace to buy it.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Then you take the majority of your profit and reinvest into yourself, real estate, stocks, or other income-producing assets.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
THEN you use those assets to buy nice things or experiences.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So stop asking for money, stop asking for the secret, stop wanting it over night.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
For me the real fun is in the process of creating new businesses, not even the lifestyle those businesses provide me.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Learn a skill, charge for it, re-invest, then buy stupid sh!t.
